What I’m focused on right now:

Building or Developing

  • Dummy dashboard prototypes for alumni engagement clients that marry their event attendee, volunteer, and giving data against their strategic goals

  • A service where I interview a client’s board members and staff then develop a retreat agenda. It’s for busy alumni directors and nonprofit executives who don’t have meeting planning in their Top 10 favorite things to do

  • LinkedIn strategies learned from Sara Royf, a fantastic teacher

  • Claude skills to better turn my rambling while I walk the dog into content ideas

  • A presentation for the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley’s annual conference, about what nonprofits can learn from university alumni engagement and funrdaising (November)

  • Considering launching a podcast from my years of LinkedIn posts.

  • Transitioning youth programs management for Rotary to other volunteers while I President

Biking and Other Travel

  • Just toured Gettysburg Battlefield via BIKE with a fabulous guide!

  • Planning a couple research trips for next year to areas like the Lehigh Valley, to see how they do bike non-car infrastructure. Travels with lvcat.org

  • Registered for the Rotary International Convention in Barcelona in June - my first one!

Enjoying

  • Pumpkin Thomas English muffins - the BEST breakfast. I hoard these seasonal treats.

  • Pumpkin beer - Southern Tier is almost always my favorite. I hoard this too.

  • Star Trek: Strange New Worlds - loving how each episode is narrated by a different character, not just the captain.

  • A pain-free neck after 20+ years of severe ouch!

  • WoolX shirts - I have many colors, they’re amazing layers for all seasons of biking.
