When you bring me on to train or speak to your team, I:

• Work with your senior team to understand your strategic priorities and goals

• Assess the talent gap, i.e. what knowledge does the team have vs. what they need to reach the goals

• Design the training specifically to address those gaps, taking into account your specific realities like org charts, technical resources, internal politics, timelines

• Deliver this to everyone on the team, for about the same cost as sending a few people offsite

Onsite and webinar speaking and training topics include alumni and donor engagement metrics, volunteer management and activation, and event strategy.
