A thriving alumni network provides a lifelong benefit to graduates and when managed well, leads to donations, pipelines of loyal volunteers and talented employees, more prospective student applications, lucrative corporate and foundation partnerships, entrepreneurial industry collaborations, and powerful brand advocacy.

If you don’t have an alumni engagement strategy, I’ll work with you for 8-12 months to develop one and start implementing it. Once we’re launched, I’ll help you hire and train a staff member to keep it growing.

If you have an existing engagement strategy and alumni relations team, hire me to reimagine it. I’ll work alongside the team on projects including:

• Engagement metrics and reports that measure and communicate the value proposition of alumni engagement

• Volunteer opportunities that align with institution’s goals and inspire alumni to give back

• Events and webinars that both delight attendees and communicate the organization’s mission
