Volunteer Management

The wealth of talent of your volunteers is probably immeasurable! But you run the risk of alienating really smart and loyal talent if you don’t have the right structure to make the most of their time. 

I work with staff and Board leadership to rethink volunteer contributions, create better nominations processes, rewrite/write missions and bylaws, plan retreats, and increase financial support.

Fractional Engagement Officer

I keep the department’s trains on the track when you have a temporary vacancy for any reason.

This arrangement also works if you have an important initiative that needs more attention than current staff can take on, but you’re not sure about adding a full-time position to the org chart.
